Associate Director, Consumer Insights

**Job Description**:
**Function Description**:
The core purpose of Consumer Insights is to provide clients with an understanding of their consumers/customers perceptions, attitudes, and behavior through research to provide strategic, actionable insights that will guide their marketing and business decisions. The Qualitative team gathers consumer insights using qualitative methodologies, through ad hoc studies, to answer client's business objectives.
- Own and manage portfolio
- Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
- Client pitching and presenting Build stronger client relationships and be seen as client partner through: - consistent, high-quality delivery of projects
- Situation, Complication, Question, Answer (SCQA) Analytics
- Understand NielsenIQ End2End Process, Client Service Level Agreements, and Client Engagement Model
- Bring the voice of the clients into all internal business planning discussions with functions, such as GTOP, HR, Finance, Marcom, etc.
- On-time report delivery to client services at required quality standard
- Build meaningful relationships across employees at all levels/all functions in the organization to create and encourage a culture where the NielsenIQ values are present
- Build a HiPo team and build meaningful team relationships
**Qualifications**:

You’ve dabbled in research and analytics. And you have the communication skill to translate it all into conversation or presentations. While you’ve worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to details. Keeping up with the fast-changing world of digital media measurement takes someone who recognizes that. You know what’s happening in big data and you’re ready to influence what’s next
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry/ Market Research
- Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness - Analytical and meticulous
- Project management experience
- Deep experience with Qualitative analysis and reporting tools Strong presentation skills, Logical thinking, Strong command on excel
- Effective writing skills
- Experience with building and managing a team
