- _ Being a trusted strategic business partner by making sense research data and sharing what is important. _Partner closely with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders to provide timely, strategic, relevant and actionable insights that drive the organization forward. Craft insight-driven stories and proactively share visually inspiring reports and dashboards across the organization.
- _ Going deep to understand_. Design and deliver best practice customer, consumer, or market research. Conduct proper method primary or secondary research based on business strategy and target objectives. Analyze and synthesize information, and enrich understanding by integrating unstructured & structured data.
- _ Measuring the impact of Insights on strategy and action. _Ensure that insights are being used to guide discussions on priorities and tradeoffs, and track, monitor and share impact of insight-driven actions.
- _ Always thinking about “what’s next?” _Partner to continuously refine the organizational Insights roadmap and align action with value and growth.

- 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years in a product/solution research or strategy (preferably in technology-based industry), data-driven client consulting, or voice of market/voice of customer role.
- Advanced in PowerPoint & Excel, and preferably Qualtrics.

- A mix of B2B and B2C product/solutions experience
