**Customer Growth through Analytics**: - Prepare stock list of items through all categories aligned to newness in catalogue and monthly visual guide following briefing sessions and creative review meetings in collaboration with the visual manager. - Ensure newness, continuity and the placement of orders is planned and coordinated accordingly - Ensure timelines are met for ordering stock to align with store monthly changeover / marketing campaigns and offers **Drive Mobile engagement and Sales (Innovation)** - Take control of full inventory management in stores, training of SOP's and co-ordination of monthly stock takes. - Ensure RM's are driving the online learning and management of SOP's with reference to full inventory management - Manage together with showroom managed all stock movements. - Collaborate with VM manager to ensure alignment of communication to stores related to marketing and VM **Enhance Customer Experience** - Ensure all stores receive monthly, weekly stock inputs, ensuring all marketing offers and campaigns with regards to product are planned and made live in stores - Ensure consistency stock inputs and management of stock throughout the channel **Optimize Risk and Drive Efficiency** - Monitor all stock returns to DC and Liquidation and ensure stock files are kept up to date through the DC - Ensure stock takes are actioned on a monthly basis and feedback is given within 2 weeks after actual stock take, - Ensure that monthly audits are conducted in stores with regards to stock takes and stock file maintenance **Retail & Africa** - Ensure variances on stock take reports are investigated and implement the corrective actions and feedback. - Feedback presentations during Operations meetings. **Qualifications & Accreditations**: Minimum (required) - Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 Ideal (Advantage to have) - B Degree Legal Requirement - Valid Drivers License **Experience**: - Minimum of 5 years inventory experience - Excel advanced - Strong Analytical Skills **Key Competencies & Behaviors** **Our Values** - Keep Innovating - we have the courage to contribute new ideas and turn those ideas into reality. - Think like an entrepreneur - we treat the business like it's our own. - Keep it real - we are mindful of the impact of our words and actions. - Raise the bar - we strive to deliver excellence in everything that we do **Competencies** - Communication & Influence - Planning & Organising - Team Leadership - Delivering Quality Results - Accountability - Customer-Centricity - Digitally Minded - Complex Problem Solving - Leading Change - Commercial Awareness **Behavior** - Exceed customer expectations - Embrace teamwork to continuously improve business results - Achievement of goals - Work smartly with other teams or service providers to achieve collective goals" - Ensure prosperity - Be Resilient - Understand customer expectations - Generate creative solutions. - Creation of an environment conducive to ensure work success - Ensure prosperity - Be agile
