**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA), preferably in accounting, finance, or business.
- 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of taxes, with an advantage if knowledgeable in accounting.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and needs.
- A current PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare individual tax returns in compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on tax-related questions and issues, staying updated on changes in tax laws.
- Perform all work remotely from home, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex tax situations and share insights.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing tax scenarios and client need

Pay: R120.00 - R150.00 per hour
