**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- Computer literate in MS Excel & MS Word
- Highly presentable and confident
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Has excellent time management skills
- Has strong administration skills and a good understanding of organizational processes and practices

**Responsibilities**
- Requesting information, accurately calculating, completing and understanding the individuals income tax returns in respect of deceased estates for the following:

- IT12 (Individual), performing an internal assessment, preparing a list of outstanding tax certificates required, capital gains tax schedules, rental income schedules, business income and expenses schedules and interest schedules
- Requesting IT3P and IT3C forms from institutions.
- Preparation and submission of supporting documents as per SARS requirements
- Resolving queries from SARS and clients regarding all tax matters
- Accurately preparing, calculating and submission of IRP6 provisional tax returns in respect of the first, second and third periods for all year ends (where applicable)
- Correspondence sent to clients and submission of tax returns to SARS
- Register new clients and maintain client data base
- Send clients correspondence regarding outstanding information

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to start ASAP
- Must be willing to work remotely.
- Must have access to a computer (which will be provided)
- Probation period (3 months)
- Working hours are 8 am-4 pm Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime.
- Salary R12k pm + Cell Allowance.
