Cape Town, South Africa Edge Personnel (Pty) Ltd Full time

Preparation and submission of SARS Income tax returns

Calculate, prepare and submit provisional tax returns

Review and assess SARS tax assessments

Arrangement of payments via efiling and administration

Taxation of estates

Registration of all tax types and related government levies

Preparation and submission of WCA returns

System maintenance (updating client information)

SARS efiling profile requests and maintenance

SARS correspondence (Follow up SARS queries)

Adherence to SARS deadlines

Making and attending appointments with SARS

Capturing of returns and assessments

VAT/PAYE/Income tax/Customs registrations and deregistration’s

Assist with estate tax - Post registration and submissions

Tax directives/Donations tax/Dividends tax/Turnover tax

Employee registration

Complete tax administration function

Completion and submission of ITR12 and ITR14 tax returns

Attending to tax computations

Checking ITA34 assessments

Attending to objections and appeals

Application for tax clearance certificates

Application for tax directives

Meetings and telephonic conversations with SARS

**Education**:
Matric

Certificate / Diploma (Finance / Taxation)

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience

Computer Literate - MS Office, Efiling & Greatsoft will be adv.

You will be highly presentable and confident

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Have exceptional analytical skills with a passion for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail

The ability to work independently as well as within a team

Work well under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Outstanding time management skills

Strong administration skills and a good understanding of organizational processes and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R16,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
