**Property Host for Short-Term Letting Company**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage all aspects of the property, including scheduling and coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, managing guest communication, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process**:
- **Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and activities based on their interests and preferences**:
- **Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that guests may have during their stay, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and to the guest's satisfaction**:
- **Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and use this feedback to continually improve the guest experience and the overall quality of the property**:
- **Work closely with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that the property is always clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the essentials that guests need for a comfortable stay**:
- **Manage guest bookings and reservations, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date, and that guests are aware of any additional fees or policies that may apply**:
- **Continually monitor market trends and competitor properties to ensure that our property remains competitive and attractive to potential guests**:
- **Purchasing items that we may require for furnishing new apartments or current apartments.**:
- **Issue damage claims for any damages and follow up if this has been paid out.**:
- **Calculate the weekly wages for the housekeepers**:
- **Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure they are cleaning the apartments and perform inspections at the properties.**:
- **Create a positive work environment by incentivizing and rewarding team members**:
- **Create policies and standard operating procedures for every task you conduct to ensure you have a checklist in place and clear defined instructions of do’s and don’ts**:
- **Follow up with guests and ensure they leave positive reviews and handle negative complaints with care.**:
- **Your goal is to drive more positive reviews.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is a bonus.**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with guests, cleaning and maintenance staff, and other stakeholders**:
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively**:
- **A passion for hospitality and customer service, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional experiences**:
- **Familiarity with technology and online booking platforms, such as Airbnb, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems**:
- **Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced and dynamic environment**
