**About the Role**

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional **Airbnb Housekeeper** to clean and reset our short-term rental property/properties between guest stays. This role goes beyond standard domestic cleaning — we require someone with a keen eye for detail, pride in presentation, and an understanding of the high standards expected in the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize the property after each guest checks out
- Change and launder all linens and towels to hotel-quality standards
- Restock essential items (toiletries, coffee/tea, etc.)
- Check for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
- Ensure the apartment is guest-ready, styled and reset according to a set checklist
- Follow cleaning procedures in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocols
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and alert management when restocking is needed
- Occasionally assist with deep cleans and seasonal cleaning tasks
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Airbnb or hospitality cleaning (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Reliable and punctual with own transport (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English or good communication skills
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional at all times

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with cleaning checklists and digital task tracking apps
- Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks or coordinate repairs
- A background in hotel or guesthouse cleaning
- References from previous Airbnb/property management clients
