A large biomedical company that supplies Medical Devices with clinical benefit to hospitals all over the world, is looking for a **General manager to take over Operations, Finance and Compliance** to name a few.

The objective of this new role is to ensure the growing company delivers on its promises. The position reports to Managing Director and has numerous teams reporting into the role.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong executional strengths, rather than casting vision
- Understanding and experience of process, with the ability to learn and support compliance and regulations (no experience in Medical Devices required)
- Understanding and experience to manage and lead

**Beneficial Experience**:

- Technical background - A task orientated Mechanical or Mechatronics engineer with management experience should fit the role well.
- Financial background - finance could be another backbone, adding the likelihood that a deep understanding and appreciation of compliance and regulation would come easier.
