**The Role***

**Manage, monitor and control Regional Operations through intelligent planning in line with RTT’s Service Level Agreement. To deliver efficient and cost-effective functionality and sustained profitability of the business operation and ensure the smooth and optimum running / use of company infrastructure.
**Skills and Experience**
Tertiary Qualification in Logistics/ Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent

Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Experience and knowledge in managing RTT operational systems

Strong planning and problem solving skills

Analytical Ability - Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

Ability to analyze information and processes

Monitoring skills - Monitoring own performance to make improvements

Time Management skills - Managing your own time

Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current legislation.

Logistics and/ or Operations (Operational) - 7 years experience

Logistics and/ or Operations (Supervisory/ Managerial) - 5 years

**Driver Forecasting / Planning / Rostering**
- Understand clients profile
- Understand clients cluster profile
- Plan to have the correct amount of drivers in the network

**Delivery Management**
- Ensure all clients SLA’s are achieved
- Driver attendance as per agreement
- Multiple Trip management
- Late Delivery management
- Standard Operating Procedures relating to Drivers
- Formulate and execute the local strategy in order to deliver best On Demand service
- Develop policies and standard procedure for working process effectively and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and targets by take corrective actions as and when required.
- Lead, implement, and control on the trainings of all employees under your management.

- Establish, maintains effective relationships with customers, and gains their trust and respect
- Build, keep engagement, motivation, management and leadership, and problem-solving
- Maintain a dynamic and scalable customer service in which resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
