**Job Summary**
Our client, a retirement village based in the Helderberg area is looking for a HR Assistant / administrator reporting to the operations and financial manager.Duties will include but are not limited to: Forming and maintaining employee recordsPreparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidesBe part of the onboarding of new employees (Internal communications, new joiner packs, showing new employees the facilities, registering employees on all internal boards, etc.)Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queriesAssisting with payroll by providing the Finance department with relevant employee information: Resignations and changes in departmentsAdministrating and maintaining of HR policiesAssisting Management with any Ad hoc duties Essential Requirements
- Requirements: Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant qualification
- Computer literate
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Understanding of HR functions and practices Salary: 15k -18k pm
Pay: R7,574.57 - R22,276.48 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
