Gadget Boss trading as Click Now is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the entire order fulfillment process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:Develop and implement strategic plans for the fulfillment department to meet business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of fulfillment supervisors and associates.

**Operational Excellence**:Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, and resource allocation.

**Process Optimization**:Continuously evaluate and improve fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.

**Inventory Management**:Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, rotation, and cycle counting.

**Quality Control**:Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of shipped products.
Implement corrective actions and process improvements based on quality performance metrics.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular insights to senior management on fulfillment metrics and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a similar industry, with a track record of progressive leadership responsibilities.
