**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily operations to meet company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Supervise and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in operational management, preferably in the Retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
