Fulfilment Supervisor

As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment process, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment associates to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. **Order Fulfillment**:

- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders within established timelines.

3. **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of shipped products.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order accuracy or product quality.

4. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize the fulfillment pipeline.

5. **Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze performance reports to track key metrics, such as order fulfillment time, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to management on fulfillment KPIs and trends.

6. **Customer Service**:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve fulfillment-related issues.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an e-commerce fulfillment center.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a similar industry.
