**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of our bidorbuy account operations.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture strong relationships with bidorbuy customer support and account management teams.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop strategies to increase visibility, sales, and customer engagement on the bidorbuy platform.
- **Listing Optimization**: Ensure product listings are accurately and compellingly presented to drive conversions.
- **Price Monitoring**: Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and timely updates.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- **Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- **Marketing Collaborations**: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and promotions.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of bidorbuy trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
- **Feedback Management**: Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to bidorbuy policies and regulations.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on bidorbuy account performance and growth strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of bidorbuy account management experience.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **eCommerce Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of bidorbuy platform and online marketplace dynamics.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Relationship**: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw insights.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proficient in negotiating terms and agreements.
