Snr Marketing Manager

**Overview**
Skynamo is looking for a demand generation-focused marketing manager with experience in marketing to manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers to assist to define, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
You will lead a team of two campaign managers, as well as key outsourced providers such as a digital marketer and graphic designer. Together with your team, you will work closely with the sales and customer experience team to understand Skynamo’s core target verticals and customers. This isn’t a classic digital marketing role as our target customers are not typically found on LinkedIn or Zoom.info. This role will need experience in non-digital ways to connect with prospects and customers.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, and working intimately with the sales team, you will be responsible for creating and executing demand-generation marketing strategies and activities for online and offline programmes that speak to our existing and prospective customers.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Research and understand the markets Skynamo wants to target
- Build and curate content across designated SOMs (serviceable-obtainable-markets)
- Create demand-generation marketing strategies and activities for online and offline platforms to support the sales team
- Create programmes to communicate with Skynamo’s existing customer base to reduce churn and increase revenue
- Lead traditional marketing comms and planning such as trade shows and public relations
- Work with tech tools such as SalesForce and Pardot to manage digital campaigns and track progress
- Manage, analyse and influence the existing digital presence of Skynamo's marketing efforts according to Skynamo’s focus and goals
- Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance - evaluating the impact on revenue using data to continually improve performance
**You would ideally have**:
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing to manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers
- Experience in selling software or technology to manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers is an advantage
- Track record of driving demand generation activities, not just brand building
- Experience in working with ‘below the line’ activities such as trade shows, direct mail, experiential tactical marketing, trade press, etc.
- Track record of developing successful nurturing campaigns to move leads through the funnel
- Network of suppliers and specialists to provide niche skills such as design, PR, video design, etc.
- Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC / CPC, social media)
- but it’s not the only marketing competency you offer
- Excellent / Good writing skills
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills
