**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Marketing Specialist** to join our team full-time at our Edenvale branch. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across both digital and traditional marketing channels. You will also be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content to support our brand and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and print materials.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Management) to align marketing with business goals.
- Create high-quality visual and video content for social media, campaigns, and product promotions.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging content and community interaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights.
- Support business development by identifying potential clients and assisting with sales initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a strong portfolio in both digital and offline campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, Meta Ads).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.

- _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage but not required._
