**Key Skills**:

- Superior computer skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of database programming languages such as SQL will be advantageous
- Being reliable and proactive
- Good interpersonal skills

**Key requirements include**:

- Own transportation to the office
- Own laptop
- Previous experience in a similar role of 1-2 years minimum is required

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage internal and external communication related to business operations, HR, training/team qualifications, and work events.
- Identify operation requirements within the organization, action tasks, and/or develop and implement strategies to improve operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales staff.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to assist with operational and administrative tasks.

**Remuneration**:R 15 000 - R 18 000 based on experience

**Location**:We have offices in Green Point, Loevenstein, and Observatory.
