**about us**:
**purpose**:
The Divisional Head of Operational Risk implements the operational risk programmes, taking into account business objectives, and ensuring alignment to the Group's operational risk strategy and requirements. The incumbent monitors and manages the company's end-to-end operational risk profile and develops specific guidelines and procedures to enable seamless implementation of Group policies, frameworks and standards. The incumbent is accountable as a second line function for assisting business to identify and mitigate operational risk in the business environment and where reliance is placed on external parties. The incumbent is accountable for accurate and complete reporting, internally and to Group.

**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - B Comm. Degree in Risk or Auditing
- Preferred Qualification - B Comm. Degree with Finance/Risk/Auditing
- Experience - Five years risk management experience in the financial industry. Prior auditing experience is advantageous
