Well-established concern based in Gordonsbay has a vacancy for an office administrator/Bookkeeper to Trial Balance with at least three years’ experience to join them asap.

- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid license
- Computer literate (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- XERO Accounting Software a definite advantage
- SimplePay for payroll a definite advantage
**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Keep HR and personnel details up to date
- Keep track of new jobs not invoiced and book all invoicing to relevant projects,
- Handling day to day admin and PA related duties
- Handling daily cash-ups and receive and return goods
- Create new items and keep daily stock count for gas and monthly for other items
- Month Ends - General Ledgers for 4 accounts: 2 Current, Savings, Petty Cash
- Debtors
- statements, follow up payments
- Suppliers month end recons
- Payroll up to filing UI-19 & EMP
- inter loan accounts between companies recon with monthly reports
