An experienced and highly motivated Operations & Claims Manager who will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operational activities, solving challenging business problems, and managing clients' insurance claims from start to finish.

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Enhanced long-term insurance claim management, encompassing the following comprehensive services:

- Streamlined claims processing for efficiency and accuracy
- Thorough investigation & evaluation to ensure fair and prompt claim resolution
- Robust documentation and recordkeeping for meticulous record management
- Rigorous determination of claim eligibility for prompt and accurate claims assessment
- Managing the claims framework
- Enabling the day-to-day delivery of the company's objectives
- Enhancing and optimizing current workflows while ideating new processes to drive efficiency
- Collaborating with all business units to achieve optimal operational outcomes
- Efficiently managing client queries and resolving client issues
- Providing cross-functional support to all relevant teams in the company and service providers
- Becoming a product of the company and system specialist to perform administrative duties to assist with internal and external service providers' needs
- Ideating and formulating plans to automate manual processes
