We are looking for ambitious Graduates who will assist with a range of Tax administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the claims department. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree /Diploma
  • Proven excellence in academics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong Attention to Detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills and planning
  • Professional and self-motivated
  • Strong Record Keeping Skills
  • Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Job Description:

  • Requesting and managing data from clients
  • Using inhouse developed software to prepare, format and submit tax documents
  • Assisting the team managing deadlines for claim submissions
  • Assisting the team managing physical and electronic claim submissions
  • Assisting the team managing queries arising from claim rejections, requesting deadline extensions etc
  • Assisting the team managing analysis of statements
  • Assisting the team managing client communication, follow ups and feedback
  • Assisting the team managing communication with sales team on client sign on and documents required
  • Internet research

Working hours:

  • 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Thursday
  • 07:00 – 15:00 Friday
