**About the Brand/Division**:
The HRBP is responsible for leading HR projects and initiatives, delivering efficient first-time call resolution, and providing superior service and excellent employee experience. They manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, they assist line managers and employees with effective utilization of self-service options, maintain employee data and reporting, and engage with business and data across stacks to deliver the strategic objectives at the DC.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise, coach, and guide managers and employees on HR Processes
- Support line managers in coordinating ER matters and ensure alignment with SLA
- Co-ordinating the delivery of Wellness programmes
- Support recruitment and selection
- Driving engagement through employee representatives and various initiatives.
- Compilation of Monthly HR reports.
- Liaise with the Fuse on queries/themes/escalations specific to the business
- Ensure execution/feedback/investigation of HR actions aligned to strategic objectives in the DC

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A National Diploma or Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related degree (essential)
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in HR or a similar role
- Cross-function HR knowledge
