Client Success Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and seamless journey for sellers. As the main liaison between our acquisitions and dispositions teams, you will provide expert guidance from contract signing to listing readiness, ensuring a high level of trust and communication throughout the process. You’ll be responsible for managing listing preparation, document collection, and photo coordination, while also being a reliable and calm point of contact who keeps sellers well-informed and confident.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced real estate environment, excels in communication and conflict resolution, and is driven by providing outstanding customer service.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **First Contact and Transition**:
- **Listing Setup**:
Coordinate property photography and documentation gathering, including disclosures and notarized forms.Ensure the property is ready to be listed by managing internal checklists and coordinating repairs or clean-outs if needed.Educate sellers on the listing and showing process.
- **Ongoing Seller Support**:
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, handling communication and proactively resolving concerns. Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator for regular updates and ensure a successful handoff to the Dispositions team. Gather feedback and request 5-star reviews from satisfied sellers.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in customer success or real estate transactions
- **Skills**: Strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation abilities
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
**Key Metrics**:
- Timeliness of first contact
- Seller satisfaction
- Listing readiness
- Successful handoffs to the Dispositions team
Pay: R22 484,00 - R23 000,00 per month
