**We are recruiting for Construction Project Manager(ROADS)**

**Contract Role of 12Months FIXED**

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager(ROADS) role located in Johannesburg. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management.

Able to perform overall project management on site

**Experience**:
6+ Years of Experience within the Construction Engineering Industry.

Have completed two (2) or more SANRAL projects over the value of R 40 000 000.00

Worked on Large Commercial Projects and Public Work projects(SANRAL) Roads and stormwaters.

**Qualifications**
- Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
- Budgeting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent with MS projects/ Excel/ Word and power point
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Experience in the construction industry is required
- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields are a BONUS
- SACPCMP Registered as a Professional Construction Manager

Pay: R50 000,00 - R90 000,00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Gauteng, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gauteng, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: R60 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month
