**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Proven experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different team members
- Safety-conscious and familiar with construction safety regulations and protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Responsibilities**:
Perform a variety of construction-related tasks including but not limited to digging, paving, framing, and installing fixtures
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery, in a safe and efficient manner
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Communicate with site supervisors and project managers to provide updates on project progress
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly dispose of construction debris
- Uphold quality standards and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the construction industry
