Assist with RFQ Programming, Supplier and material Sourcing
- Creates, maintains, reviews and administer construction schedules and programs
- Manages variations on current projects and provides input and support
- Ensure that a programme is delivered at RFQ Stage that reflects the complexity of the project, including the pricing of P and G relative to the program
- Responsible for the updating of progress on projects using Microsoft Project, the resource schedules, assessment of delays and their effect for Extension of Time Claims in order to ensure projects are up to date and completed on time
- Coordinating with other team members including engineers and architects
- Managing staff members and work schedules
- Overseeing logistics and transportation of materials
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Must be experienced in Microsoft Project Professional (start to end)

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

Willingness to travel:
