Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced team? We are currently seeking an all-rounder HR Administrator to join our growing company. The Group HR Administrator will report into the Group HR Manager and will assist with HR-related functions that span across the entire HR value chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. HR Administration**:

- Draft and prepare various HR-related documents with complete accuracy.

**2. HR Record Keeping**:

- Maintain updated physical and electronic HR records, including employment documents, leave forms, training records, and disciplinary records across the Group.

**3. Recruitment & Selection**:
**4. HR Audit Assistance**:

- Support HR audit and compliance activities to ensure smooth operations.

**5. Reporting**:

- Compile HR-related reports for management as needed.

**6. Payroll Admin Support**:

- Update the Payroll schedule with monthly changes, and submit it for processing prior to the payroll run.

**7. Employee Engagement**:

- Assist with company-wide employee engagement activities such as engagement surveys, staff functions, wellness initiatives, and celebrations.
- Report on survey engagement and findings.

**8. Performance Management**:

- Serve as the point of contact for the performance appraisal process. Send reminders, assist with compiling and capturing performance scores, and provide general support for quarterly reviews.

**9. Probation Management**:

- Manage probation processes, including scheduling and chairing of probation reviews, updating trackers, and ensuring adherence to the policies and processes that govern probation periods.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR administration experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is required.
- Prior experience in the Construction industry is an added advantage.
- Experience with or exposure to industrial relations (disciplinary investigations, warnings issuance, minuting hearings).
