**Job Overview**:

- We are seeking a dynamic and organized E-commerce Manager: Sales & Operations for our E-commerce division
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online retail business for each of the retail brands
- Your strategic vision, leadership, and operational expertise will be essential in achieving our e-commerce objectives

**Qualifications required**:

- **Degree/Certificate/National Diploma in Business, Marketing or similar qualification**

**Experience required**:

- **3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience as an E-commerce manager in a Retail Environment**:

- Proven track record of generating online sales
- Experience in tracking the success and analysis information of online sites
- Experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience managing a team of people
- Experience in online marketing and product identification
- Valid Driver’s License

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Management_
- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth
- Analyse & report on online market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to optimise sales strategies
- Oversee the online sales team, set performance metrics, and provide coaching and support to maximize sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Merchandise and Marketing teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches for each of the retail brands
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Operations Management_
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment
- Collaborate with the Merchandise & supply chain teams to optimise stock levels, reduce lead times, and improve shipping efficiency
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for e-commerce operations
- Manage third-party service providers and vendors, such as payment processors and fulfilment centres
- Address customer queries, returns, and escalations related to e-commerce orders
- Implement security measures to protect customer data and online transactions
- Manage e-commerce team_
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of e-commerce specialists, including sales, marketing, and customer service personnel
- Customer Experience_
- Focus on enhancing the online shopping experience for customers, from browsing to checkout to delivery & after-sales service
- Monitor & report on customer behaviour.
