**Job description**

Key duties:

- Manage incoming and outgoing cargo (import, export and logistics)
- Staff management of both sales, admin and marketing teams (planning, supervision and day-to-day problem solving)
- Management of operational expenses
- Inventory & debtors Control
- Effective cash flow management
- Monitor the compliance of the operational departments against policies, procedures and legislation and implement measures to rectify non-compliance
- Development and monitoring of production metrics and KPIs

Minimum Requirements:

- Operations/ Production Management qualification (or equivalent with relevant experience)
- At least 10 years of operational experience within FMCG
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Logistics experience will be advantageous
- Proven experience in running operations

Competencies:

- People management skills in an industrial environment
- Strong FMCG/ distribution aptitude
- Excellent leadership skills with proven planning, organising and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Labour Relations regulations and legislation
- Microsoft 365 and at least Intermediate Excel abilities

About The Employer

At E-XHALE we distribute & market to over 3000 stores countrywide with expansion at infancy stage into Africa. With shy of 30 staff nationally comprising of sales teams, administrators and marketing. Our goal is to grow and solidify our presence as a leading distributor of FMCG products mainly comprimising on the e-cigarette category.

**Salary**: R55,000.00 - R85,000.00 per month

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- FMCG: 5 years (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
