Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Affiliate Program Manager** in **Cape Town** will include:

- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, retention, and player lifetime value.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Vigilantly monitor affiliate activities to detect and mitigate fraud or non-compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and transparency of our programs.
- Generate comprehensive reports on affiliate performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Present findings to stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations for program enhancement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
