**Responsibilities**:Affiliate Marketing**:

- Spearhead the creation and management of the affiliate program.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand the network.
- Maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, providing support and resources.
- Manage the affiliate platform, make daily updates, manage payments, and ensure accuracy of affiliate reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to refine strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide training and support to maximize affiliate performance
- Regularly report on program successes and areas for improvement

**Influencer Affiliate**:

- Engage and collaborate with influencers, managing communications and follow-ups
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery, posting, and affiliate inclusion
- Manage outreach tasks for multiple clients, adapting strategies to suit different demographics.
- Stay updated with social media trends to enhance campaign engagement.
- Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and program management
- Strong relationship management skills with affiliates
- Analytical skills for performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Creative collaboration skills for developing promotional materials
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance practices.
- Experience in budget management
- Experience managing affiliate software with knowledge of which platforms work best for specific client needs
- Effective training and support capabilities.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills

**Influencer Affiliate**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Vibrant personality that resonates well in team and client interactions.
- Experience in influencer marketing and outreach from discovery to delivery
