**Job purpose/summary**

MGsportsbetting is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Affiliate Manager. The individual will be responsible for planning customer acquisition campaigns, processing payments, researching current and potential partners, and ensuring the MG Sports Betting brand is accurately and favorably portrayed across affiliate sites. They will work with the available tools to optimize deals and customer acquisition, through supporting day-to-day operations of the Affiliate program.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Managing the MG Sports Betting Affiliate portfolio for South Africa and Kenya
- Create and plan affiliate marketing acquisition campaigns
- Develop strategies to improve affiliate performance and drive new depositing players
- Work closely with the finance team to process payments in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal parties to generate and distribute new and exciting content
- Perform market and competitor research
- Research Affiliate sites to ensure content accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional assets
- Assist in contract management, ensuring all parties are within regulatory compliance

**Who are you?**
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently but also builds strong relationships and trust working across teams and integrating cross-functionally
- Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of performance based and/or affiliate marketing
- Highly organized, self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and reporting skills
- **A working understanding of the online gaming industry**
