Duties/Pligte- Teaching a range of undergraduate Applied Mathematics modules offered as part of programmes in the Faculty of Science, as well as service modules in other faculties.- Engaging with academic renewal of curriculum, assessment and student support nitiatives in undergraduate Applied Mathematics.- Teaching and coordinating undergraduate Applied Mathematics modules with large enrolments.- Fulfilling administration duties in the Applied Mathematics Division.Onderrig van verskeie voorgraadse Toegepaste Wiskunde-modules wat aangebied word as deel van programme in die Fakulteit Natuurwetenskappe, asook diensmodules vir ander fakulteite.- Betrokkenheid by akademiese vernuwing van kurrikulum, assessering en inisiatiewe ter studenteondersteuning in voorgraadse Toegepaste Wiskunde-modules.- Onderrig en koördineer voorgraadse Toegepaste Wiskunde-modules met 'n groot aantalstudente.- Uitvoer van administratiewe pligte in die Afdeling Toegepaste Wiskunde.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes-
- Experience of teaching undergraduate Applied Mathematics modules.- Evidence of effectiveness of academic teaching and of excellence in teaching to large classes.- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
