QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSESSOR - Must be fluent in Afrikaans

The successful person will work closely with Sales and Leadership to ensure they are best equipped to effectively run Sales, disseminate information to Partners, Internal Stakeholders, and leadership to make informed decisions. You will be responsible for the complete QA process that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality. You will compile, summarize and communicate findings to the appropriate department with the purpose of creating insightful, customer centric business practices.

SPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Meeting daily targets timeously
- Comply with company quality assurance standards
- Compile, summarize and communicate findings
- Collaboration and teamwork within QA and Sales
- On-going Assistance and Feedback
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Trend Reviews
- Be responsible for assessing potential risks and non-compliance with prescribed rules, procedures, and standards of quality

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Matric
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must have 2 - 3 years’ experience in quality control.
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must have the experience and confidence to engage with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and etiquette.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have meticulous and diligent attributes
- Must have customer service competency
- Must have own or reliable transport (preferably).
