We are searching for a qualified and experienced Quality Assurance Assessor who is able to monitor client engagement and adherence to departmental specific standard operating procedures.

**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assessor with Insurance Experience. The Quality Assurance Assessor will be required to monitor client engagement and adherence to departmental specific standard operating procedures and escalate matters of concern.
We will keep you busy with
- Assess all calls with clients as well as documented interactions to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the company and by all relevant departments.
- Provide feedback on all assessments in the prescribed manner. Feedback must be clear and concise. Errors and concerns must be highlighted and the agent must be provided with advise on how to avoid the same error.
- Report on gaps identified on assessments and processes.
- Attend departmental team calibrations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn, understand and enforce various departmental policies and procedures are critical to the role.

**We will be impressed by**
- Past experience in a similar role.
- Any relevant Insurance Qualification.
- Attention to detail and excellent listening and writing skills.
- Ability to start immediately.
