**The Role**:
As a **Junior Gaming Analyst**, you will be part of a globally distributed team, acting as a true investigator. It will be your mission to protect our client’s IP assets by researching cyberattacks & performing investigations on attackers, then wrapping them in reports. You will perform technical investigations, analyze videogame cheats and research the latest threats to customers in the videogame space.

**Your mission at Irdeto**
- As a gamer, you keep track of the latest (cheat) developments in the videogame space
- You interact with cheat developers and obtain access to potential threats to our customers
- Perform hands-on (technical) analysis of the acquired threats (e.g. videogame cheats)
- Write (detailed) technical reports based on your analysis findings
- Research various attacks discussed and published online in public-facing and closed groups.
- Test attacks discovered online in a scientifically rigid manner and report on the results.

**How you can add value to the team**
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and ability to understand Wireshark files (pcaps)
- You’re the Wizard of OS, able to use Windows, OSX, and Linux
- Able to troubleshoot issues (e.g. with installing cheats), use VM’s
- Experience as IT administrator, network engineer, developer or cybersecurity through education or work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Opensource Intelligence (especially the technical side)
- Basic knowledge of scripting, able to troubleshoot issues and know how to install and configure VMs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in generating reports that contain various types of data and analysis.
- Fluency in English; fluency in another language (Chinese, Russian, Korean, Ukrainian, Mandarin) will be considered an advantage.
