**About the role**:
**Key Areas of Responsibilities**
- Support the creation and development of BVNK's corporate strategy.
- Research and identify market trends and develop recommendations to the executive team
- Assist in the identification of opportunities for strategic partnerships, investment, talent acquisition, and product opportunities.
- Work with our product team to share key insights to enhance our roadmap and product strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership on a variety of strategic projects
- Support the preparation of investor materials and presentation
- Be actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in dealing with our stakeholders.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience of 1 - 2 years in Growth / Strategy role within a fast growing fintech or crypto scaleup
- 1-2 year experience in a management consultancy / Investment banking / Corporate Finance is a bonus
- Strong intensity / urgency / initiative
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Supporting the preparation of complex financial models and valuation analyses for mergers & acquisitions or similar strategic initiatives
- Excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto financial systems.
