**Key Performance Area (Duties and Responsibilities)**:

- Submit credit note requests to the head office and distribute once processed.
- Verify and/or capture outgoing transport transactions.
- Keep and distribute reports and capture the relevant transactions on Syspro.
- Processing of expenses.
- Create proforma invoices and complete border documents as required.
- Rotation of functions within the Admin Department.
- Filing of documents.
- Participating in the weekly plant stock take.
