Randburg, South Africa OOSA Consultants Full time

We are looking to recruit a Finance administrator to work within the Accounts Payable department. The role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities
- To assist with month end procedures.
- Processing of journal entries.
- Completing reconciliations.
- Creation of purchase orders in SAP.
- Assisting with financial analysis.
- To adhere to the relevant governance processes.
- To work with the other finance areas.
- To identify and communicate impacts, risks and issues timeously.
- To support an effective document maintenance or retrieval system for internal and external auditors.
- To assist line managers with coaching and training of staff.
- To assist with the interns/graduates with the successful completion of log books.
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure customer service levels are met.
- Testing new processes and systems and communicating any shortcomings.

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum requirements
Education and Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting (Essential)
- 2 to 3 years related Finance experience (Essential)
- SAP experience (Desirable)
