**Job purpose**:
To manage employee data, ensure the accuracy of timesheets, compute salaries, and ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time. To oversee the payroll department as and when required.
**Key Accountable Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the preparation of payroll documentation, processing of new employees, terminations, inter-branch transfers, earnings, deductions, and company contributions daily**.**:
- Assist the Payroll Executive with checking and updating reports to ensure that all changes and processes have been captured every month**.**:
- Generate and reconcile Payroll reports every month.
- Monitor and supervise payroll administrators to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
**Competency and qualification requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM (added advantage)
- 3 years’ experience in Payroll Administration
- 3 years’ experience working with Sage 300 People
- 3 years’ experience managing a team (added advantage)
- Professional Certificate in Payroll Taxes and Administration (added advantage)
