**Job Title**:
Registration Finance Administrator (Fixed -Term Contract)
**Emeris** consolidates resources and expertise from **IIE Varsity College, IIE MSA, IIE-Vega School, and IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management**, with a unified approach ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in teaching, learning, and student support.
- Registration Finance Administrator (Fixed -Term Contract)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Cash office - taking of payments
- Verify Debit order details
- Following up with outstanding payments from 2025
- Track all bursaries and follow up for outstanding evidence
- Follow up with payments for pending registrations
- General finance duties associated with registration
- Receipting of App Fees, Pre-Reg Fees and Tuition Fees in SIS. Using Pay U Reports and the daily bank statement as source documentation.
**Competencies Required**:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams)
- Excellent time management skills
- Finance acumen
- Best suited to a friendly, organised and systematic person who has an eye for detail, works accurately and can handle pressure
**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:
- A completed Diploma or Degree in a related field.
**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant finance working experience.
- Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
