A company based in Olifantsfontein is seeking to employ a young qualified individual to manage their Debtors and Creditors accounts. The successful incumbent should have a Finance Qualification coupled with minimum 4 year of Finance experience.

**Duties**:
**Debtors**
- Collections on all overdue debtor’s accounts
- Handover to Credit guarantee regarding customers over 120 days - CGIC process
- Debtors Claims and pay-outs through Insurers (Credit Guarantee)
- Bad Debt Provisions regarding risk customers
- Cashflow
- managing expected cash inflow.
- Reconciliations (Accounts Receivable)
- Customer Queries
- Maintenance of Customers Accounts
- Debtors Statements management
- Credit Notes processing
- Invoice processing
- GL Accounts(adjustments, allocations, postings)
- Releasing export payments with the Bank
- Releasing of goods supplied

**Creditors**
- Reconciliations (Accounts Payable)
- Payment run (Accounts payable)

**Ad hoc**
- Preparing documents for audit
- Ad hoc tasks as given by managers
