**Responsibilities**:

- As SweepSouth’s Design Manager you’ll be in charge of crafting & managing the brands visual identity together with a small and extremely strong design team
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all materials
- Ensure high-quality production of all SweepSouth materials, as well as provide guidance and quality control
- Conceptualise and create digital campaigns (newsletters, social media) as well as offline (print, gadgets, vehicle branding)
- Challenge the status quo with your out of the box thinking.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and inspire the team and company
- Manage the design team workload in line with expectations from the rest of the company
- Help mentor and grow design team members
- Help to be a champion of SweepSouth values and culture internally and externally

**Required**:

- 5+ years of the design experience (e-commerce, digital)
- At least 1+ year of experience managing a team
- Fluent level in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Premiere Pro and After Effects advantageous
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Must be able to take charge and responsibility for all design materials
- Must be goal driven and always take initiative
- Fluency in English
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills
- Experience in working with developers

**Advantageous**:

- Experience in traditional (offline) design
- Previous agency experience
- Experience with Unbounce or similar
- Knowledge of HTML, Script
- Out of the box thinker who likes to create fresh ideas from scratch
