Social Media and Marketing Manager (Junior to Mid level)

Are you a creative and passionate individual with expertise in social media and marketing? Do you have a keen eye for aesthetics and a talent for capturing and creating captivating content? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our fast-growing lighting design company as a Social Media and Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to promote our lighting design services across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube.

Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, graphics and captions, to showcase our lighting designs, installations and projects. Really use your creativity.

Manage and curate content calendars to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and industry development to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales and bespoke, to gather content and ensure brand consistency.

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, generate reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practice, and implement them to maximize our reach and impact.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation. Proficiency in using social media management tools and other cloud based platforms.

Strong photography and videography skills, including the ability to take high-quality photos and videos.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to different brand tones.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience in the lighting industry or a related design field is a plus.
