As we expand our team we are on the look out for a Senior B2B Customer Success /Account Manager to be based in our Cape Town Branch

**Role.**
- You will be working in the technology and software as a Service organization
- You will be required to deal with an existing customer base and expanding the organizations relationships with key accounts.
- You will be working within a system that enabled you to up and cross-sell standardized or bespoke solutions within our existing customer base.

**Requirements...**
- You have worked in the technology space, Software as a Service company, or a similar fast-growing industry before.
- You are passionate about engaging over the phone with an existing customer base and expanding relationships.
- Do you have a proven track record and system that enabled you to up and cross-sell standardized or bespoke solutions within your customer base.
- You are a hands-on player-coach type personality and have the capability to scale yourself across the team
