Playter is a VC backed, B2B Buy-Now-Pay-Later Fintech with a twist Their two core products help fund small businesses with innovative credit that instantly turns invoices into BNPL, spreading the cost up to 12 months. Their new Whitelabel product will give the chance for B2B businesses to offer BNPL payments terms on all of their services, helping scale their revenue as well as getting paid within 24 hours.

**About the role**
Customer success is the face of any business. This is the team that ensures Playter continues to provide the best experience possible for their clients and partners. We are looking for an enthusiastic customer success advisor to take full ownership of the post sales client lifecycle - from onboarding through to loan disbursement, serving as the main contact point on loans, repayments and any other queries - and consistently nurture our client relationships.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Onboarding clients to the Playter platform, providing technical support and advice to ensure they can get maximum benefit from the product suite
- Processing loan requests and disbursements
- Getting to know customers to understand their funding requirements to enable seamless interaction with credit to help the client optimise their borrowing
- Working closely with development teams, managing customer feedback and reporting any issues
- Monitoring utilisation trends and collaborating with the finance, credit and tech teams to inform decisions
- Implementing new processes to increase quality and efficiency, highlighting areas for automation and collaborating with lending and tech teams to consistently improve the products and enhance overall customer experience
- Supporting with reporting for the business
- Processing loan requests and disbursements
**What we’re looking for**
A customer success background in financial services is a must, and experience working with SME’s would be ideal
- A strong communicator who is tech savvy and comfortable with in-depth financial and lending terms, ideally from experience within the payments/lending market
- You’ll be warm, personable and emotionally intelligent, a natural problem solver who loves helping people, with the confidence to ask questions and find solutions.
- Your organisational skills are second to none, and you can multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- You work well under pressure and show good judgement when handling challenging situations
Experience required:
- UK contact centre: 1 year (required)
- Previous experience in Fintech/Banking with a focus on loans/unsecured lending
