We are developing a team of highly qualified and competent industrial hygienists who advise major organizations on worker’s health protection. We are aiming to reach a level of organizational competence to be routinely appointed as expert witnesses in the court of law. It is our goal to become one of the most respected industrial hygiene consultancies in the country and become a leading voice for the industry. We currently work across multiple sectors including food production, manufacturing, power generation, aerospace as well as in home environments.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and curious person who would like to learn more about our industry and the ways we help to protect the health of every worker. This position focuses on developing new client relationships by utilization of our own CRM systems, responding to pressing customer needs and by opening up new opportunities through proactive use of their own skills. We put high emphasis on understanding our services and providing the right solution for every client, working collaboratively towards a shared vision of excellence in the field of industrial hygiene.
**Experience and Skills for the Role**:
- Remote working.
- Telesales experience essential.
- Outbound calling (B2B only)
- Target Driven with a desire to succeed.
- Industry and standard experience required, or health & safety background.
- A drive to seek new business to meet or exceed targets.
- Capability to understand and manage the sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional manner
- Effective Time Management
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the CRM system.
- Use campaign information to contact customers.
**Principal Role**:
The work will involve a wide range of responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline of opportunities and lead generation.
- Create a network of contacts to understand current and emerging market needs and trends,
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them,
- Utilise product training to maximise knowledge of products, features, and value propositions,
- Good understanding of current regulations and codes of practice,
- Help to plan sales campaigns and discuss promotional strategy and activities.
