- Guiding and motivating delegates towards specific outcomes
- Report writing - Mid and Final Feedback reports
- Assessing of delegates
- EQ - Understanding the dynamics of the Group/Individual
- Skills required:_
- Speech & Drama qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in Facilitation/Training, Teaching or Acting & Presenting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
