**Motus Toyota**currently holds a vacancy for a **Fleet Sales Manager.**

Reporting to the **Divisional Retail Director,** this position will be suited to a person who has the ability to sell maximum number of new vehicles to corporate clients and obtain the best profit available. Always ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction in order to secure repeat sales.

**Position Overview**:
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all existing clients are regularly visited to maintain good relationships and seek repeat business.
- Deliver sales presentations to corporate buyers.
- Explain vehicles, services and prices, demonstrate the use of features and explain benefits.
- Cultivate new business by making use of inquiry handling, canvassing, prospecting and referral effort.
- Conclude deals by making use of appropriate qualifying, presenting, demonstrating and negotiating skills.
- Keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models, KINTO price changes and benefits offered by the Franchise.
- Monitor customers’ preferences and determine focus of sales efforts
- Manage and achieve KINTO targets and report on progress towards such targets.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Participate in promotional events.
- Attend functions with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure that pre-delivery inspections are carried out before vehicle delivery to Clients.
- Deliver personally and maintain high standards of vehicles handover to Clients.
- Deal promptly and efficiently with any queries or complaints and resolve complaints.
- Follow-up all vehicles to Client’s deliveries within 2/3 days of delivery.
- Supply vehicles to Clients within KINTO pricing and discount structure.
- Prepare KINTO quotations.
- Attend, in any efficient way to all documentation required for the sales and delivery of KINTO vehicles, e.g. fleet owner’s documents, ID, trade-in papers, OTP, valuation sheets.
- Maintain a prospecting system for future business.
- Maintain daily records of work done, e.g. enquiries, follow-ups, sources,etc.
- Keep up-to-date records of Clients details, requirements and statistics, e.g. frequency of fleet replacement.
- Maintain a weekly call and progress
- Consult with Managers for ordering stock for Client’s requirement.
- Manage the collection of KINTO vehicles stock from/to Dealerships and from KINTO
- Inspect new stock for defects/ damages and missing accessories/parts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of Grade 12
- Must have a Marketing diploma
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a clear Criminal Record
- Motor industry experience is essential
- Computer literacy is essential
- 5 years Fleet sales experience is a MUST

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer and team orientation
- Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets on budget and CE
- Must be able to work without supervision
